Prices of rooms for season 2008

 

All rooms have private facilities -WC and shower cabin, TV set, mini bar, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning.
Each room is with a large balcony. The hotel offers to the guests the following services: safe box, hall bar for breakfast and drinks, view terrace.

 

 

The price includes all taxes, fees, everyday cleaning.
In the high season (06.07-28.08) each extra bed is payed 10 BGN.
An advance payment for reservation is 100 €.
During period 28.09 - 31.05 breakfast is not included in the prise!

 

 

30% deposit  in bank account is required for room confirmation.

Accommodations begin at 14.00 h.
You must leave the room until 12.00 h.

Price for additional bed for children 12 years old or less - 40% of regular price.
Children 12 to 16 years old - 70% of regular price.

Cancellation and forfeit
If you cancel the reservation the following fees will be charged:
- 15% of your deposit if you cancel your stay 15 days before the date of arrival
- 20% of your deposit if you cancel your stay 7 days before the date of arrival
- If you cancel your reservation at the day of arrival you will be charged with the price of two nights stay.
